1. How long does delivery take?

  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • For metro cities, delivery may be faster.

2. Do you offer express or same-day delivery?

Yes, express delivery is available in select cities. Delivery charges may vary depending on location and urgency. Please check availability at checkout or contact our support team.


3. What are the shipping charges?

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹299.
  • A small fee applies for orders below this amount. The exact charges are shown at checkout.

4. Do you deliver all over India?

Yes, we deliver kites across India through our trusted courier partners. Remote areas may take a little longer for delivery.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this ID to track your order status on our website or the courier partner’s site.


6. What if my order arrives late?

While we try our best to deliver on time, delays can sometimes occur due to courier or weather issues. If your order is delayed, please contact our 24/7 support team, and we’ll assist you immediately.


7. What should I do if my package is damaged?

If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will try to arrange for a replacement if possible as per our policy.

Yes, we ship internationally but it may take some extra days.


9. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
